When does the free trial start and end?
Your 7-day free trial activates on first install. You will only be charged after the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time from iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I downgrade to Free?
If you cancel Pro, your account reverts to Free at the end of the billing cycle. Your last 5 analyses remain accessible; older history is retained on the server and will be available again if you resubscribe.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple App Store and Google Play under their own policies. NestIT Ltd does not process refunds directly.
