Subscription Terms

Effective date: 29 April 2026  ·  These terms supplement the Terms of Service.

1. What you get with Pro

Unlimited handwriting analyses; full score breakdown including sub-scores and practice drill; annotated image overlays; unlimited history. See /pricing for the current feature list. Future Pro features are added at no extra charge.

2. Length and price

Pro is sold as a monthly subscription. The price shown in the App at the time of purchase is the price you will pay; the exact amount in your local currency is set by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Default price: £3.99 GBP / month (or equivalent local currency).

3. Free trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial of Pro on first install. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and you are charged the regular monthly price. Once used, the free trial cannot be used again on the same Apple ID or Google account.

4. Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account within 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

5. How to cancel

  • iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Penna → Cancel.
  • Android: Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Penna → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; Pro features remain available until then. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled directly by Apple App Store and Google Play under their own policies. NestIT Ltd cannot issue refunds.

7. Price changes

We may change the subscription price for future billing periods. We will give you notice (in the App or by email) at least 14 days before a price change takes effect. You can cancel before the change applies.

8. Apple's required disclosure

Per Apple App Store Guidelines §3.1.2(a):

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Account Settings in the App Store on your device after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
